    House of List is based in Stockholm, and we opened the door to our house in October 2025 — built on insights gained from extensive experience and a clear market need. In particular within the retail sector, we saw a growing demand for a trusted partner who can motivate employees and actively involve them in both the business and its objectives.

    We are committed to bridging this gap by fostering engagement, strengthening motivation, and aligning workforce efforts with organizational goals. The knowledge exists out there — we just need to find it.

Mapping and establishing workflows, roles and routines.
Includes three tailored policies.

Culture Check – 22 000 SEK

An analysis of your workplace culture and work environment through interviews, observations and recommendations.
Estimated time: 10–20 hours

Culture Check Plus – 32 000 SEK

A 6-month follow-up & Advisory on next steps and long-term cultural development

Leadership & Recruitment 

Leadership Support – 6-Month  – 35 000 SEK

Ongoing support for leaders, covering up to 6 hours per month (approx. 1–1.5 hours weekly).
Ideal for managers needing consistent guidance and a trusted sparring partner.

Recruitment – 3 x monthly salary

A full recruitment process for any role.
Includes profiling, search, interviews, assessments and final recommendation.
Fee based on three monthly salaries of the role recruited.

Ongoing strategic advisory support for leaders and growing organizations who need access to senior HR and leadership expertise without building an internal function.
