    Particularly within the retail sector, we identified a growing demand for a trusted partner who can engage employees and support leaders in aligning people, performance and business objectives.

 A complete setup of your HR function, including structure, processes, templates and leadership guidance during the initial phase. Estimated time: 30–40 hours

Structure & Processes – 32 000 SEK

Mapping and establishing workflows, roles and routines.
Includes three tailored policies. Estimated time: 20–30 hours

Culture Check – 22 000 SEK

An analysis of your workplace culture and work environment through interviews, observations and recommendations.
Estimated time: 10–20 hours

Culture Check Plus – 32 000 SEK
